VA nexus letters, record reviews, and related consultation services are separate non-covered services and are not billed through insurance or through Headway.
Fees for nexus letter services must be paid in advance. Payment does not guarantee that a nexus letter will be written or that any particular outcome will occur with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
